Refund Policy

At Fundamental Aesthetics, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at fndmntlaesthetics@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide further instructions.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products marked as final sale

  • Gift cards (if applicable)


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after processing:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company

  • Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective product, contact us at fndmntlaesthetics@gmail.com with photos of the issue.


Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
